Rainer Hillebrand

Rainer Hillebrand is an electronic and electrical engineer. He was involved in the development of the 3rd generation cellular communication systems UMTS and FPLMTS/IMT2000 in several European R&D projects concerning a new air interface and a B-ISDN backbone. After developing mobile Internet services for GSM networks, he is now a technical senior consultant for mobile data systems solutions.

Rainer Hillebrand is the founder and owner of 'WebCab.de Rainer Hillebrand', a company providing worldwide on-line services for mobile Internet users and service providers. Contact: Rainer Hillebrand
